When will i be charged for my order?

Orders are charged immediately upon checkout.

When will my order be delivered?
We ship at the beginning and at the end of the week.
Once shipped, the delivery takes usually 2-3 days within Germany.
EU and Europe can take up to 7 business days.
Rest of the world can take, currently, up to 40 days (bummer).
You will receive an email from us confirming that your
order has been shipped to your inbox.

How do I cancel my order?

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and BitPay.

I noticed that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the order. What should I do?
If you realize your personal details are incorrect, please email hi@youknowmewell.net.

Do I have to pay customs duties?
For the following countries, the applicable import
and custom fees are included in the final product price:
Germany, EU countries.
For all other countries, the recipient is responsible for all import fees,
custom taxes, and local taxes imposed by the country where the shipment is made.
The payment of these taxes is required in order to relieve the order
from custom charges. We cannot predict what the amount to pay for taxes
and customs will be, therefore we ask that you check before making an order.
Your shipping costs are already included in the total of your final order.

Our shipping partner is DHL.
Displayed rates are for all products, but not including artwork shipping.

Can I exchange my item?
We have a 14 days return policy. Return shipping must be covered by the sender.
All pre-sale products, custom artwork works and artwork can not be
returned and purchases are final.

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken,
damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and find a solution.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received by our warehouse and complies
with our return policy, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
Please be aware that returned payments can take up to 7 working days to become effective in your PayPal account. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping.

Non-returnable items / exceptions
Custom, made-to-order products (24-Hour Physical Drops, 24-Hour NFT Drops, tailor-made orders, or personalized items) and digital products (NFT's) are not refundable. If you have any questions or issues concerning your specific item, please contact us.

Art shipping
Our shipping partner is Convelio.
They provide an excellent shipping and logistic service, including tracking.

You are able to book shipments directly with them by clicking on the link:

Book your shipping from Berlin, Germany

Enter your delivery location and select from the shipping options.
Rates will be displayed immediately, and the quote will be sent to your email,
confirm and pay for the order. Convelio will contact you directly regarding
the studio pick up and delivery of your artwork once you have booked their service.

Certainly, you can pick up your artwork anytime by yourself (and drink a coffee at the studio)
or contact a different logistic partner.
